1. Use of Website
By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Estimates and Service Scope
All online or telephone estimates provided by Clean Start are free and based upon client-provided information regarding square footage, property layout, and conditions. Final adjustments may occur if on-site conditions differ significantly from initial representations.
3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Clean Policy
Clean Start guarantees high quality cleaning standards. If any area included in your agreed service checklist does not meet your expectations, you must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling. There are no long-term contractual commitments for residential house cleaning services.
5. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
The content, images, branding, and text on this website belong to Clean Start. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
